Zurich is the biggest city in Switzerland, but it is easy to walk to all the main sights. The Altstadt has many charming streets and lanes on either side of the Limmat River.
The river promenade is especially lovely to walk in the evening as many of the buildings have lighting to highlight the stunning architecture.
Walk Distance 4km / 2.5 with climbs up to Lindenhof and Grossmunster, but these are not difficult.
